Our goal is to offer you the highest quality training in a non threatening environment. As I can personally attest, both Yoga and Pilates are badly need, and enormously beneficial to both endurance athletes and fitness enthusiast. With many of us now considered "masters" (in a running race, anyone over the age of 40 is considered a "master") these practices will help keep you feeling younger, more flexible and better balanced then ever before.
