To that end, Great Plains Running Co is proud to partner with Pilates Performance and Rehab in offering Personal training in the disciplines of Yoga and Pilates. Our goal is to offer you the highest quality training in a non threatening environment. As I can personally attest, both Yoga and Pilates are badly need, and enormously beneficial to both endurance athletes and fitness enthusiast. With many of us now considered "masters" (in a running race, anyone over the age of 40 is considered a "master") these practices will help keep you feeling younger, more flexible and better balanced then ever before.
